my AC came smashed in which can decrease longevity of the equipment if it does work or it can cause problems because of it being smashed in and I just bought it brand new we handled it with Care at home so somewhere between the men bringing it to our car or it being mailed it hasn't it messed up and that smashed I wish it was in perfectly Christine condition as I just purchased it shaking my head

Have always loved GE appliances had two house with all GE appliances have not use this one yet but sure that I will not have a problem with it .Was not happy with the company that sold this to us changed their add from one thing to another and I was caught in the middle
